Training is provided in all subjects required for defence examinations, such as Mathematics, Science, and General Awareness.

Live sessions do not have a fixed schedule. Students are informed at least one week in advance.

  • Who can become a trainer at Vishvasniya?

If you’re passionate about teaching and creating impact — you’re welcome.

  • Is this a paid role or voluntary?

Most of our roles are currently voluntary, given our non-profit nature. However:
Top contributors may receive honorarium, stipends, project-based incentives, or formal recommendation letters.

  • What subjects or roles are currently open?

We’re actively looking for trainers in:
Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Polity, History, Geography & English
SSB-specific trainers (PPDT, WAT, TAT, GD, PI)
– Content writers, script editors, voiceover artists, and animation collaborators

  • What is expected from a trainer?

Depending on your role, you may be involved in:
– Creating video scripts (Heygen-style teacher-student format)
– Developing PowerPoint presentations
– Conducting mock interviews or GDs (for SSB)
– Designing quizzes, notes, or MCQs
– Reviewing or editing existing material
All trainers work collaboratively and submit content on Google Drive or LMS platforms.

  • What support will I receive?

We provide:
– Training on our formats (scriptwriting, Heygen, slide design)
– Sample content and templates
– Regular team coordination via – WhatsApp or Google Meet
Flexible timelines and feedback-based improvement

  • How much time commitment is expected?

Flexible, based on your availability.
However, for best results:
– 3–4 hours/day in Work-from-Home format for all trainers.
– Deadlines for tasks (like a script or slide deck) are discussed and mutually agreed upon.

  • Will I get a certificate or letter of recommendation?

Yes, we offer:
Experience certificates
Letter of appreciation/recommendation

  • How do I submit my work?

All content is submitted via:
– Shared Google Drive folders
– LMS platform (for test materials)

  • Can I use my work as part of my portfolio?

We encourage our trainers to showcase their:

Yes.
Every new trainer goes through a short onboarding and format orientation which includes:
